What Secateurs and Snips will my Holster Fit?

Our Okatsune Holsters are popular amongst our customer because they fit our Okatsune Gardening tools perfectly and can attach to your belt, which means you have your shears on hand wherever you may be working in the garden.

Our Holsters come in both a single and double option, depending on whether you’d like to carry one or two Okatsune tools in it.

Singe Holsters

The smallest Holster in the range is the 108 this is ideal for fitting any of our Snips in. It can also be used to put our 101 and 103 Secateurs in but remember the Okatsune 103’s may feel a little tighter in this Holster.

Secondly our 133 Holster is perfect for storing you Okatsune 103 or 104 Secateurs in.

Next up our Double Holsters

As mentioned before when having to prune branches that are too thick for Secateurs, we’d always recommend having a folding saw, like a Pocketboy to do the jobs your secateurs can’t do. This is where a double holster comes in as you can carry your beloved secateurs and folding saw safely side by side, they are then always on hand for the majority of pruning tasks.

The 109 Holster is suitable for all Okatsune snips and secateurs, as well as the Pocketboy Folding Saw sitting neatly by the side of it,

The 130 is our most popular Holster and features in all our Gift Sets online, due to its versatility.

With your 101 and 103 fitting perfectly in the 130 Holster you could also pop a Pocketboy saw behind them, your tools are all then stored in one place meaning you’ll never have to worry about putting them down and losing them!

Even though we’ve talked lots about Folding Saws being used in a Double Holster you can still put your Snips in alongside your Secateurs too, meaning you have the options depending on the type of work you are doing in the garden.

You also need to know…

Our holsters are made from durable leather, with a belt loop attached. At first your Okatsune tools may feel a little snug inside the Holster, but over time the leather will soften, making putting them in and taking them out a much easier.

Another thing to point out, when first purchased the leather will be lighter, but over time and with use the leather will darken.

We always recommend using a Holster to carry your tools in, the sharp edges of the blades mean you can work safely knowing that when not in use your clothes are protected from damage, and you are protected from injury.

Because we all know we should never keep tools in our pockets!

We hope this helps answer any important questions you may have about our Okatsune Holsters, but if there’s something we’ve not covered in this Blog, and you have a question please feel free to contact us.
